New for 2016, Insane Terrain Running are launching our very first Family Fun Day! On Saturday 24th September we will be offering a 3km Obstacle course for people aged 6 years and over. Fun filled and packed with the usual terrain found in our adult races, it’s time for the kids to show how it’s done.
You will wade through water and crawl through mud, negotiate obstacles and climb walls along the way. Focussed on fun rather than speed, the course is not timed so if you wish to know your race time, please wear a stop watch.
All participants will collect an Insane Terrain Running medal on completion of the race along with a bottle of water and packet of sweets. There will be a photographer on site capturing all the action on the day of which you can download copies free of charge.
Children under the ages of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and one adult can accompany a maximum of two under 12’s.
Places are limited and expected to sell out so book early to avoid disappointment. If you require more information, please email us on info@insaneterrainrunning.com
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) is the only charity dedicated to making a difference for patients at Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals. Whether it’s treatment for an emergency, acute condition, pregnancy or long term illness, we believe that every patient deserves the highest quality of care available. With the help of many generous supporters, we have provided funds so that your local hospitals can offer the very best care day after day, year after year.
Our aim is to continue to support the hospitals by raising funds for cutting edge technology, additional specialist services, vital research and extra comforts for patients that make all the difference over and above what would be possible through NHS funding alone.
In 2016, Addenbrooke’s Hospital celebrates its 250th anniversary, and we welcome your support during this very special year.
